4th International Choir Festival Randers, Denmark                             August 8 - 11 2012 Welcome Rules Application Facts Other Programme Download brochure here APPLICATION To apply you must fill out the application form which you will find at the bottom of this page. Send it to the address you find at the bottom of this page. Applications must include: Completed application form, CV and 2 colour photographs of the choir and conductor, 5 copies of each work to be performed and a digital recording of the choir, (minimum length 15 min.) recorded after 1st August 2010. Due to problems with our mail, the registration deadline extended,  application must be received no later than 1 st April 2012. The application fee is € 200 and must be paid simultaneously with the application. Application fees may be transferred to the festival's account: SWIFT (bic): KRONDK22 Iban account: DK6693310000760722 SELECTION Immediately after the application deadline runs out, choirs are selected to participate on the basis of the material submitted, primarily the musical quality. In the five categories taken together a maximum of 30 choirs will be invited. Information on selection will be sent to all choirs by 1st March 2012 at the latest. The selected choirs will simultaneously receive the set work. Choirs that are not selected will have their deposits returned. Please note that the waiver is for all meals of one type as listed:  Choirs that do not want a specific meal may waive from one to three meals per day throughout the festival. This comprises the following –   M = Morgenmad/breakfast (Thursday/Friday/Saturday) F = Frokost/lunch (Thursday/Friday/Saturday) A = Aftensmad/dinner (Wednesday/Thursday/Friday)   M: If breakfast is waived for the whole festival, the price is reduced by €9 per participant. F:  If lunch is waived for the whole festival, the price is reduced by €9 per participant. A:  If dinner is waived for the whole festival, the price is reduced by €12 per participant.   All waivers must be noted on the application form as follows:   1. If the application is sent by e-mail, write: Name of choir, plus number of participants waiving meal M, F, or A   e.g. 1. Yorktown Chamber Choir, 3 waive F e.g. 2. Gallup Rhythmic Choir, 8 waive M, 3 waive F, 5 waive A e.g. 3. Great Sourceberry Choir waive all meals   2.
